EVERY BODY HAVE ITS OWN PRIVATE,CONFIDENTIAL FILES AND

DATA. IN MY PREVIOUS POST U WILL GET HOW TO SECURE YOUR

DATA IN ANDROID PHONE...BUT THIS TIME FOR YOUR PC OR LAPTOP SECURITY....

THERE ARE PLENTY OF SOFTWARES FOR THIS BUT I PERSONALLY

PREFER---

1.BIT LOCK

2.TRUECRYPT

BOTH ARE PRETTY GOOD BUT RECCOMEND TO USE

TRUECRYPT(WHICH GAVE MILITRY LEVEL SECURITY).

KALI LINUX(hackersheaven)...is came pre-installed and for window u can download it

from net ,which is open sourse software...

but problem is that how to use this...

THERE WILL BE SAME PROCEDURE OF SECURING DATA IN BOTH

KALI AND WINDDOW.....

STEP 1.

goto application------>app------->truecrypt

STEP 2.

click to create volume

STEP 3.

choose option ''create'an encrypted file cantainer' and click on next

STEP 4.

choose 'standard truecypt volume' option and click on next.

STEP 5.

after this u will got VOLUME LOCATION for this just click on select file to choose

file name and where to store this....

STEP 6.

then choose ENCRYPTION METHOD there are many option but by default select

AES encryption andf click on next.

STEP 7.

after this SELECT VOLUME SIZE ,as required to store data in this

folder.like in KB,MB or GB.

Here for example i selected 1mb volume.

STEP 8.

NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS PASSWORD PROTECTION....

A GOOD PASSWORD SHOULD-----

1.atleast 13-14 in lenth

2.use numeric, special charecters along with charecters.

Like ----> Zerocool$007@1234

STEP 9.

select file format ,by default select FAT type and click on next.

STEP 10.

after just click on FORMATE.....here it is

U ARE SUCESSFULLY CREATE AN ENCRYPTED VOLUME.

BUT

HOW TO OPEN THE INCRYPTED FILE ON UR DESKTOP OR LAPTOP----

it's easy---here we go.....just stick with me...

STEP 1.

OPEN UP TRUECRYPT....CLICK ON SELECT FILE......select that file where u

was stored while creating the file....see here in picture...

STEP 2.

now click on the OK button..it will ask for password...type correct password..and

click

on MOUNT button this will open up your encrypted cantainer.

BRAVO.....WE DONE IT......

AWARE.........SAFE AND SECURE.......
